PPPS:  OK, here’s the BIG TIP.  On Monday, May 11th, the
U.S. Postal Service raised their postage rates yet again…
this time a full 2 cents per stamp.  That’s a 4.5% increase!
To mail a flat letter in a #10 envelope now costs $0.44.

So, knowing that, do you think you should be sending LESS
direct mail…or MORE direct mail?

I hope you chose the latter…MORE direct mail!  Why, because
with postage rates increasing, you’ll begin to see LESS direct
mail overall in your mailbox.  This means LESS CLUTTER, and
an easier path for your marketing messages to get solid attention
from your patients and prospects!

Direct mail is and probably always will be the KING of marketing.
With no other medium can you choose specifically whom you want
to receive your marketing messages…and whom you don’t.

While you colleagues are whining over the “high costs” of direct
mail, you could be laughing all the way to the bank, as you
capture more new patients through targeted mail campaigns.

it’s been rumored that I’ve been shouting “MOMMY”, because
of how busy I’ve been at work as well as at home!  I can
confirm that–occasionally–those rumors have been true.

We’re getting geared up for the LAUNCH of The “10K Day”
Coaching and Mastermind Program!  I’ve frankly been stunned
by the amount of interest and questions about this innovative
new SYSTEM FOR MAXIMUM PRACTICE GROWTH…
IN ANY ECONOMY.

Well, tomorrow at NOON EDT (11:00am CDT; 10:00am MDT; 9:00am PDT),

that we launch on Tuesday at 12:00 noon EDT, along with a nifty
countdown timer.  The timer’s purpose is to let you know EXACTLY
when the complete website will be launched, so that everyone will

As I had mentioned previously, you’ll find out all the details
about The “10K Day” Coaching and Mastermind Program.  You’ll
also be able to apply for one of the 16 AREA EXCLUSIVE positions
in the group.  What this means is that only one doctor per
city or town will be accepted into the program.

Remember, my business coordinator Tonya Andrews will keep track
of the order in which the applications are submitted.  Priority
will be given to those who apply sooner.

Once we’ve received your application, Tonya will schedule a
brief “10K Day Discovery Call” with me, during which we’ll discuss
your personal and professional goals, the current condition

The “10K Day” Program Launch Day is Tuesday, May 12th at NOON EST!

This message will be pretty quick.  I want to fill you in on the
details of the Launch Day.  Many doctors have inquired about
how they can apply and sign up for the Program.  Some have
even requested if they can get in early.  But in the interest of
fairness I’m going to open the program to all doctors at the
exact same time.  Here’s how it works.

I’ll continue to be in touch with you through next Tuesday,
when The “10K Day” Coaching and Mastermind Program goes “live”.

Sometime on Monday, May 11th, you’ll get the website name where
you’ll find all the complete information about the entire program.
Until Tuesday at noon EST you’ll see a simple webpage with a
countdown timer.

Once the website goes live you’ll be able to review all the details,
and apply right there, on the spot by filling out the fairly simple
application online.  Your position in the program will be secured
with a REFUNDABLE deposit.

Your application will then be submitted to me through my business
coordinator Tonya Andrews.  She will keep track of when the
applications are received, and the order thereof.

I will personally review all applications and arrange a brief
phone call with each applicant, to be completed as soon as
possible…preferably within the following 24-48 hours.

The purpose of the phone call is for each of us to discuss
your practice situation, your goals, The “10K Day” Program, and
whether or not the program is a good fit for you.

Also, I want to make sure I’m building a SUPER Mastermind group.
So I need to make sure that you are a good fit for the program too!
Only those who wish to LEARN and IMPLEMENT and GROW and SHARE
and HELP are invited.  No whiners or negative thinkers allowed.
The biggest PROFITS will come from the most synergistic group.

After I’ve selected the first 16 doctors into the program, Tonya
and I will place any additional doctors on a Priority Waiting List,
in case any positions should come open for whatever reason.
Doctors will be added to the list in the order their applications
were received.

Once The “10K Day” Coaching and Mastermind Group is filled, I
will initiate the Program and we will begin planning the 1-on-1
Coaching Days as well as the Mastermind Meetings.  We will also
schedule all monthly Coaching Calls and all other events.

So there you have it.  I know it sounds a little “anal”, but
I have to plan it this way to be fair to all who are interested.
This message goes out to thousands of doctors, so it’s important
for me to do this the right way.
